In-House Recreational Soccer
What is an in-house league? A league in which teams only play teams within the same program. No away game travel required. Just a simple, Rush vs Rush set up.
The Mountain Rush Recreational Program is an exciting, fun, and energetic in-house league for players 3 to 8 years old! Teams will be formed based on age, teammate requests and coach requests. Mountain Rush aims to foster a safe, fun, educational experience for your child as well as a solid foundation for lifetime skills. Come join the Mountain Rush family today!

TrainingList Item 1
Training sessions will be held 1 time per week (at the coaches discretion) between the hours of 3:15pm-7:00pm. Training for teams will be held in Evergreen (specific practice dates/times TBD based on the coach’s schedule

GamesList Item 2
Games will be played on Saturday mornings at Graham Field. The field is located next to Bergen Valley Elementary School.
Schedule will be released by 3/14/25.
- Ages 3-6, teams will be playing a 3v3 format with 5-8 players on each team.
- Ages 6-8, teams will be playing a 5v5 format (4 players and a GK) with 7-9 players on each team.

CoachingList Item 3
Teams are coached by parent volunteers with the help of the Director of Coaching (DOC) who creates training plans for all the teams.
