Elite Talent I.D. Days
Talent ID Days at the Colorado Rush Boys Academy serve as specialized events similar to traditional tryouts, designed specifically to assess the skills and potential of young soccer players. These events are essential for our coaches to evaluate new talent and decide who will best fit into our competitive teams, particularly within the elite structures of the ECNL RL NPL.

ECNL-RL Boys Academy
The
ECNL Boys Regional League - Mountain Division is part of the robust ECNL national competition pyramid. The ECNL respects and celebrates the unique individuality of every youth soccer player and club, supporting and enabling them to unleash their unfettered passion and fierce tenacity in striving to achieve their potential.
The ECNL’s mission is to "Raise the Game is a total commitment to create the best possible environment for players, coaches, referees and administrators, with a determination to constantly question convention and challenge the status quo in youth sports.”
ECNL-RL Boys Academy
The NPL Mountain Division is a key component of the extensive National Premier Leagues (NPL) competition structure. The NPL values and respects the individuality of each youth soccer player and club, providing a competitive platform that fosters growth, passion, and determination as athletes strive to reach their full potential.
The mission of the NPL is to
elevate the game by creating an optimal development environment for players, coaches, referees, and administrators. This commitment drives the league to challenge conventions, raise standards, and continuously enhance the youth soccer experience.
College Advisory Program
The College Advisory Program (CAP) offers a comprehensive, player-centered experience that supports Rush players with tools, resources, and guidance to enhance their success, regardless of their aspirations to play collegiate soccer. This program caters to both players seeking college recruitment assistance and parents navigating the college search process. Designed to serve everyone, CAP ensures that each participant receives tailored support to maximize their potential.
With a network of over 11,000 high school players nationwide, CAP provides unmatched opportunities for exposure to college coaches.
