Civana Kuhlmann, and
Coriana Dyke, showcase the incredible possibilities awaiting our players.
More than just a competitive program, our academy is a comprehensive development environment. Here, players refine their technical skills, deepen their tactical knowledge, and enhance their physical fitness, all under the watchful eyes of our seasoned coaching staff. Join the Colorado Rush Girls Academy and empower your journey towards becoming a soccer standout and a leader of tomorrow.

Talent I.D. Days
Talent ID Days at the Colorado Rush Girls Academy function much like "traditional tryouts" but are tailored specifically to identify and evaluate the skills and potential of young soccer players. These events are critical for coaches to assess new talent and determine who will be the best fit for their competitive teams, especially within the elite frameworks of the ECNL and ECNL-RL.

ECNL Girls Academy
The Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) was established in 2009 to revolutionize youth soccer development for elite female players in the U.S. It enhances the competitive environment through a high-level national league structure, aids in identifying players for U.S. National Teams, and elevates training standards through club development initiatives. The ECNL consists of regional conferences across the country, hosting the nation's top youth soccer clubs that compete locally and nationally, significantly impacting college and professional women's soccer.
ECNL-RL Girls Academy
The ECNL Regional League (ECNL RL) extends the reach of the ECNL's model, providing competitive opportunities with reduced travel demands for high-performing teams not in the ECNL. Organized into geographic conferences, the ECNL RL focuses on player development and college exposure, catering to a broader spectrum of talent and maintaining strong competition standards akin to the ECNL but with more accessible participation levels. Both leagues contribute vitally to the advanced development of youth soccer, preparing players for future challenges in college and beyond.
College Advisory Program
The College Advisory Program (CAP) offers a comprehensive, player-centered experience that supports Rush players with tools, resources, and guidance to enhance their success, regardless of their aspirations to play collegiate soccer. This program caters to both players seeking college recruitment assistance and parents navigating the college search process. Designed to serve everyone, CAP ensures that each participant receives tailored support to maximize their potential.
With a network of over 11,000 high school players nationwide, CAP provides unmatched opportunities for exposure to college coaches.
