U5/U6 Player Pathway

U5/U6 - This is the youngest age group that is served on a regular basis by the club. Most players are playing the game for the first time and learning the very basic fundamentals. U5/U6 aged teams will combine players of both age groups and be co-ed. This is done so newer/younger players have both teammates and opponents of similar age/ability, while also being able to play with and against older/more experienced players. On the flip side, the older/more experienced players have the opportunity to be more successful when playing against younger or brand new players. The goal is to provide both challenge, and success for all players over the course of their time in the U5/U6 age group while focusing on the Rush Core Value of Enjoyment.
