Developmental - Option 1/Cross Quad
Option 1 and Cross Quad Web Information
This is a program for players who are interested in being in an environment where they are being pushed and challenged to improve. Individual teams play in a league through Colorado Youth Soccer Association. These teams will play against other clubs. Teams will play half of the season at the home fields and half of the season away. Away games could be as far as Ft. Collins or Colorado Springs area, though most games are in the Metro area. U8 Player Clinics (birth date 8/1/03-7/31/-04) We will be holding two clinics in January for U8 players who are interested in playing in the Cross Quad Program in the Fall season of 2012. The clinics serve as a way for players to be evaluated by Colorado Rush coaches with a view to the coaches making playing recommendations for individuals for the Spring season of 2012. Player development is a top priority for the club, and the clinics offer us a way to ensure that player's developmental needs are met. The dates of the U8 Player Clinics are listed below: AGE GROUP DATE TIME LOCATION Boys U8 January 8, 2012 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Denver Sports Center Girls U8 January 8, 2012 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Denver Sports Center Boys U8 January 22, 2012 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. Denver Sports Center Girls U8 January 22, 2012 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Denver Sports Center No pre-registration required. Players should wear cleats, shin guards and bring a ball and water bottle. It is recommended for players to attend both sessions. If there is a conflict and players cannot attend both this is alright. The more the players are evaluated the better. For Questions regarding the U8 clinic please contact:
