Tim Schulz, President & CEO – Tim attended Air Academy High School in Colorado Springs where he earned Parade High School All-American honors. At Age 18, he was drafted and played ten years professionally. During that time, he was recognized as a National Team Player, Team Captain, and Defender of the Year. Tim currently serves as a State and USSF National Instructor. He holds a USSF National "A" license, a NSCAA National Advanced license, and a National Youth license. Erik Bushey, Technical Director – Erik played four years at Belhaven College in Jackson, MS, capturing an NAIA National Championship with the team in 1992. His player career continued with the PDL Jackson Chargers, and was capped off with a stint in his home state of Washington with the PDL Spokane Shadow. Erik holds a USSF "A" license as well as a National Diploma through the NSCAA and is a Colorado State Instructor. Carlo Cornacchia, Director of Coaching, Seniors – Carlo was born in Italy. At age 10, he was selected to join one of the most famous Italian Soccer Clubs-Torino Calcio. He remained there for 10 years. At 20 yrs. of age he began his professional career, playing in the Italian Serie A with Cagliari, Napoli and Atalanta. While playing with Cagliari, Carlo won the 1989-90 Serie B championship. While playing with Napoli he played in several UEFA Cup games in 1992. In 1991, while serving as Captain of the Italian National Military Team, Carlo won the Military World Cup in Holland. In 1997 after finishing his playing career, he began his coaching career. Dominique B. Hoecherl, Director of Coaching, Youth Girls – While attending Olympus High School in Salt Lake City, UT, Dominique earned the MVP award for the division and her team took the State Championship title. At age 17, she was named to the Western Region Pool for the Olympic Development Program (ODP) and played in the program four years. She won All-WAC Second Team honors and All-WAC Academic honors during her four years of Division I collegiate soccer at the University of Utah. Dominique currently holds a National “A” license and serves on the Region IV staff for the ODP. She has also been involved with the Regional and State ODP for the past seven years. Wes Hart, Director of Coaching, Academy – Wes started playing for Club Columbine (Rush) at the age of 3. His teams won 8 state championships, 3 regional championships, and a national championship. Wes earned All-State honors (3 years) and All-American honors at Columbine High School. He attended the University of Washington and was a two time All-American. He was a first round draft pick of the Colorado Rapids in 2000. Wes was traded to the San Jose Earthquakes before the 2004 season. Steve Quinones, Director of Goalkeeping – Growing up in Oneonta, NY, Steve attended Franklin Pierce College in Rindge, NH, where he was a four year starter. An All-New England player, Steve still holds several school goalkeeping records and was inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame. Steve’s pro career includes five seasons with the Cape Cod Crusaders and indoor with the Tampa Bay Terror and Buffalo Blizzard. As an assistant coach with the Franklin Pierce women’s program, Steve helped the team to two NCAA D-II Championships in 1996 & 1997. Currently, Steve is the goalkeeper coach for the US U-17 WNT and was the goalkpeeper coordinator for all women’s youth national teams. Mike Piserchio, Director of Coaching, Youth Boys – Mike originally played with Club Columbine and joined the Rush at its inception. Team won 5 state championships, two regional championships and one national championship. He was apart of the U-17 National Team Pool for three years and had a stint with the U-17 National Team in 1996. He played soccer two years at the University of San Diego. During his two year tenure, he received Freshman Player of the Year honors. Mike transferred to the University of Denver for his junior and senior year where he led the MPSF in assists both years he attended. Ross Fowler, Director of Developmental – Ross was born in Manchester, England. He played in the Lancashire Amateur League for Burnage HSOB before attending Crewe and Alsager College from 1989-91 where he was part of the British University Sports Association national championship winning side of 1990/91. He was also part of the Northern Premier League champion winning Stalybridge Celtic team of 1991/92 before moving to Texas that summer. He coached with COLLEYVILLE American Eagles, North Texas State ODP program and University of Dallas from 1992 – 99 before returning to England. Ross coached Stockport County Ladies for a 2 year period in the FA Women's Premier League Northern Division during which time they reached the quarter final stage of the English FA Women’s Cup. He continued to play for Burnage Metro in the Lancashire and Cheshire League until his recent move to Denver. Seth Trembly, Director of Coaching, Junior Boys - Seth was born in Littleton, Colorado. He grew up playing with Littleton United where he won one State Championship. He played three seasons at Arapahoe High School winning a State Championship in 1997. He was a two time All-State and Parade All-American. His high school career was cut short when he was picked for the Residency Program with the United States U17 National Team in Bradenton, Florida. He was also a member of the U20 and U23 National Teams. At age 18 he became the youngest player to start a game for the Rapids. He played for the Rapids for almost six seasons before being traded to Real Salt Lake in 2005. He played in Salt Lake for two seasons and was Named Humanitarian of the Year in 2006. In 2007 he signed with the Montreal Impact. He appeared in 92 regular season games in his 10 year career. Kristin Lundgren, ATC – Kristin Lundgren is the Head Certified Athletic Trainer for the Colorado Rush Soccer Club. She has been working for the club since 2004. Kristin graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Exercise & Sport Science. She attended graduate school to study Athletic Training and Biomechanics at San Diego State University. Kristin is also a Sportsmetrics Certified Instructor and American Heart Association Instructor. Kristin grew up playing soccer and continued through college her first two years at Pacific University. However, the death of her terminally ill college coach led to her transfer to the University of Utah where she maintained soccer ties through coaching with high school, club, and ODP teams.
